Bill Black has over 18 years in the Mortgage Industry with a certification in Mortgage planning and is currently a senior mortgage broker with NW Funding Group. With Kelyn, he co-founded NW BILD, a land development and consulting company. As Team Black, Bill and Kelyn bring the lending and real estate sides together — so financing strategy is part of every plan from day one.
